About Us

After three years of providing our services on an informal basis, we established Pertubuhan Kebajikan Yakin (Yakin Welfare Centre) on January 6 2009 with the aim of assisting the Malaysian public on a variety of welfare issues. The society's registration number is 1580-08-PPG and it is based in Penang, Malaysia. The services we offer are as follows:

• IDENTITY CARD (IC) OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE (BC) RELATED PROBLEMS
  
• DIFFICULTIES IN EPF OR SOCSO WITHDRAWAL
  
• PARENTS ABANDONED BY THEIR CHILDREN
  
• POVERTY STRICKEN FAMILIES
  
• SINGLE MOTHERS, WIDOWERS OR CHILDREN ABANDONED BY THEIR PARENTS
  
• PROBLEMS RELATING TO EDUCATION OR MEDICAL
  
• PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERSONS OR SERIOUSLY TAKEN ILL PERSONS
  
• PROBLEM RELATING TO THE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS IN GENERAL
